EXHAUST SERVICE QUESTIONS

Q: How much will it cost to have my hoods cleaned?

A: Every kitchen is different, which means every service plan is different. We provide complimentary inspections and quotes for service. Call our office today to schedule your quote to find out how much it will cost to maintain your exhaust system.


Q: How often do I need to clean my hoods?

A: Your actual cleaning is based on the frequency recommendations from NFPA 9a 11.4 these are the minimum recommendations for inspections for cleaning, therefore your actual cleaning may vary based on special conditions and cooking volume.NFPA


Q: What is included in my hood cleaning?

A: Hoods, ducts, fans, full photos. Up to 8 removable filters are included at no additional charge.


Q: How long does it take to clean my hoods?

A: Each job varies. Your service consultant will advise you on how much time to allow.


Q: What do I need to do to prepare for my cleaning?

A: Our technicians will turn off the gas and set up protective layers of plastic before cleaning. All you need to do is sit back and know that you have chosen the best exhaust service company in Las Vegas.

Q: When can you clean my exhaust system?

A: Our standard service hours are from 7pm to 7 am. Our scheduling manager will work with you to set up a time that fits your schedule..


Q: How do I schedule?

A: You can call in any time Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm and speak with our scheduler. At Western Commercial we are proactive about scheduling and will call you when service is due to set up an appointment so you can focus on your operations.


Q: Can you clean my kitchen equipment.

A: We clean all types of kitchen equipment. In addition to sending out a cleaning crew we will have a repair technician on site to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly following the cleaning.

Q: How much will it cost?

A: Costs are based on the time, materials, and scope of the repair. A technician can give you a quote following the diagnosis.


Q: Do you give free estimates?

A: We provide free estimates on planned maintenance agreements. For equipment repairs a diagnostic fee will apply.


Q: How long until a technician can be here for service?

A: Our technicians are available 24 hours per day. A typical response time is about an hour depending on call volume.

Q: Do you fabricate welded curb adaptors?

A: Yes. All of our duct work is fabricated to meet SMACNA standards.


Q: Do you handle general sheet metal work?

A: Yes. We do all types of flashings, roof jack, and many more projects.


Q: Can your shop do stainless steel fabrication?

A: Yes. Our shop is equipped with all of the specialized equipment needed to work with stainless steel.
