General Manager - Jeff Morris CECS/CESI, MBA: Over 25 years in the exhaust system cleaning business combined with an MBA  from Carnegie-Mellon University enabled Jeff to set new standards in exhaust cleaning not only in Las Vegas, but Nationwide .  Although he founded his own company, Computer Renaissance, upon graduation from business school, Jeff ultimately returned to Western Commercial, the business founded by his father, Ben Morris, a pioneer and innovator for exhaust service systems in his own right.  Serving for seven years on the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association Board of Directors, including two years as President of that organization, Jeff’s tenure at Western oversaw the addition of a full refrigeration and repair service department, as well as a sheet metal shop. Western Commercial continues to maintain an untarnished Mechanical Contractors license.

EXHAUST SERVICE DIVISION

Exhaust Service Division Manager - Jack Grace CECS/CESI: A highly respected industry leader, Jack has spent over seven years developing the finest team of Exhaust Technicians in Las Vegas, while working with other industry professionals to raise the standards of excellence in the exhaust service industry. Jack is currently serving on the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association Board of Directors.  Certified as an Exhaust System Inspector and Exhaust Cleaning Specialist, his in-depth knowledge of both traditional exhaust systems and newer technologies, such as UV and electrostatic precipitation, ensure our clients are always satisfied. Jack is dedicated to providing all of our clients with quality professional service.

Exhaust Service Operations Manager Joel White: As a hands-on, highly successful leader at Western Commercial Services for over four years, Joel brings his experience, professionalism and technical know-how to your facility personally. Working with our service teams nightly, Joel identifies the unique requirements of each client and provides the service team best suited for those needs. At 3 am when our teams are serving the finest resorts in Las Vegas, Joel is right there with them, ensuring the highest level of management and service beyond what can be offered by any other service provider.

Exhaust Operations Quality Assurance Manager & Safety Director - David Hanes: David has built an impressive resume of satisfied clients by providing quality inspections, training, and support to Exhaust Service teams. David’s primary focus is to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with the quality of service they receive.

Exhaust Service Operations Supervisor Hector Cardenas: Proud to be putting his sixteen plus years of experience in the Exhaust Cleaning industry to work with Western Commercial Services, Hector provides detailed, quality inspections every night. You can count on Hector when it comes to keeping your systems cleaned properly – every service – no excuses.

Lead Exhaust Service Technicians: Our professional Technicians are licensed by the State of Nevada, carefully trained in the Western Commercial Services techniques, and personally responsible leading the service team at your facility. Western Commercial Services is proud of our experienced Lead Technicians, including Lead Technicians who have been providing service to our clients for over a decade.

Scheduling Manager – Nils Schanke: Providing our clients with the proper service schedules and responding quickly to their special requests requires careful planning. Nils many years of experience in Management make him an ideal leader for our scheduling department.

Scheduling and Dispatch - Terri Feld: Providing technicians and service times to match the unique needs of our clients, Terri is prepared for your call. Terri will be available for schedule confirmation, service follow-up, and of course, she will be able to dispatch a technician rapidly in the event your facility requires an immediate repair. Terri is prepared to ensure that you receive the service experience you deserve at the time you desire.
